Summary
In this chapter, we have looked at how to use the file and database adapters to turn file and database interfaces into services that can be consumed by the rest of the SOA Suite. Note that when using the adapters, the schemas are automatically generated and changing the way the adapter works may mean a change in the schema. Therefore, in the next chapter, we will look at how to isolate our applications from the actual adapter service details.
