Summary

Starting up and shutting down the entire Oracle SOA Suite infrastructure is quite simple and straightforward once you are familiarized with the commands. It is often performed via the command line, WLST, or the console, and choosing one approach over another is merely a matter of preference and choice for the administrator. Generally speaking, using WLST and Node Manager are the recommended approaches for a production environment.
