About the Reviewer
Iain 'Oli' Ollerenshaw is one of Europe's most experienced independent Siebel professionals. He has spent over 10 years working with Siebel technology, beginning with a key role at Siebel Systems during the early stages of the Siebel product lifecycle. He has worked with several major Siebel clients in a number of sectors including Energy, Life Sciences, Finance, Defence, and Public Sector. He lives in Surrey, in the south-east of England, with his wife Debbie. They are expecting their first child in 2011.
