CHAPTER 10Using iReceivables

I Receivables can be used both internally and externally to not only provide information, but also to request credits and submit payments. Internally, it is a nice, query-only view of a customer’s account, including outstanding and delinquent balances, disputes, available discounts, and transactions. Externally, the customers have access to the same inquiry views but they also have the ability to submit a payment or request a credit memo in the form of a dispute.
