Screen printing
Many screens have the option to export to Excel. First create a screen showing exactly the data you need, and then choose the export button (shown in the following screenshot) in the toolbar. Once you have the data in Excel you can modify it to display exactly what you need to show.
This can be convenient, but can also become tedious if the same data is required again and again. A far better solution is to show the report as a BI Publisher report.
