Synopsis

SSL_CLIENT_AUTHENTICATION = TRUE | FALSE

Specifies whether or not a client should be authenticated using SSL. The default value is TRUE, but only applies when SSL authentication is used. See SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES.
