Value: 0-dependent on system memory

Default: 0

Disables or enables compilation of statistics in the X$KCBRBH table, which measures the effects of increasing the number of buffers in the buffer cache in the SGA. Effective with Oracle8, these statistics are also available in V$RECENT_BUCKET. Set this parameter to 0 when you are not actively tuning. Obsolete with Oracle8i.
