Specifies the number of locks that will be configured for the Lock Manager when running Parallel Server. The number of locks is represented by the following equation:
L = R + (R*(N - 1))/N
where:
| R is the number of resources |
| N is the total number of nodes |
| L is the total number of locks |
Multiple instances must have the same value. Obsolete with Oracle9i.
