Value: 0-100

Default: 0

Dynamic: ALTER SESSION

Specifies the minimum percent of threads required for parallel execution. Ensures that a parallel operation will not be executed sequentially if adequate resources are not available. If too few query slaves are available, an error message is displayed and the query is not executed.
