Default: CPUs * PARALLEL_MAX_SERVERS * 15 * (OS message buffer size) or CPUs * 5 * 15 * (OS message size)
Specifies the minimum permanent amount of memory that will be allocated from the shared pool for messages in parallel execution. Allocated at startup time if PARALLEL_MIN_SERVERS is set to a nonzero value or when the server is first allocated. This parameter cannot be set to a number higher than 90% of the shared pool. Obsolete with Oracle8i.
