Specifies whether Oracle will dynamically adjust the requested degree of parallelism based on system load at the time the query begins execution. The default is taken from the value of PARALLEL_AUTOMATIC_TUNING. The algorithm used assumes that the system is tuned for optimal performance in a single-user environment.
