Dynamic: ALTER SYSTEM

Specifies the maximum number of processes that will perform parallel rollback. FALSE disables parallel rollback, LOW sets the number to 2 * CPU_COUNT, HIGH sets the number to 4 * CPU_COUNT. New with Oracle9i.
