DBMS_XMLDOM

Allows you to access XMLType objects through the Document Object Model (DOM). This extensive package is used to implement different parts of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) interfaces to different parts of the DOM and are grouped accordingly.

You must have specified read-from and write-to directories as part of the INIT.ORA/SPFILE file (e.g., in parameters such as UTL_FILE_DIR). New in Oracle9i.
