DBMS_LOB

Provides a mechanism for accessing and manipulating large objects (LOBs). LOBs include BLOBs (binary large objects), CLOBs (character large objects), NCLOBs (National Language Support character large objects), and BFILEs (binary files). The CHARACTER SET ANY_CS clauses in the CLOB declarations allow either CLOB or NCLOB locators.
