Declaration Section
The declaration section contains declarations for any program variables, constants, cursors, object types, or local programs used in the block. The section is optional; if the block does not need any of these entities, you need not include this section. (For information about how to use the entities declared in this section, see the description under the Section 9.4 heading, later in this chapter.)
