This company does not have as much history as some other companies. They only went public six years ago. As a result, they don’t have a tremendous amount of historical data, or processes that have been in place for many years that cannot be changed. The accounting systems were really made for a company of a much smaller size. No one anticipated the growth they enjoy today.
