There is an old joke among system implementers: “The system would run great if it weren’t for these users.” Sometimes users do things that you did not expect. Or they use the system in ways that it really isn’t designed for. A good example of this is having users dump volumes of data into Excel worksheets. First, because they think they “need” it, and second because they are not as comfortable with using HFM.
