Invalid Records

Over time, as metadata is changed, it is possible that records in the database will become invalid. For example, if data is entered for an account, and later after data is loaded to that account, then it is deleted from metadata, all the records for this account will become invalid. The data will continue to survive in the application, but it will not be accessible from the application or any reports. This speeds the metadata updates.

But as your application ages, it is important to periodically delete these invalid records. This should be done after big changes to your system. But it will not remove all of these invalid values. Using Delete Invalid Records will delete invalid members’ records but not invalid intersection records. ...
