Task Automation
The Task Automation module provides a web-based tool that allows you to create a series of tasks to be run together. When you have commonly done tasks or routinely done processes, a task flow can help you. This tool is very simple to use. You need to go to the menu and select Administration | Manage Task Flows. You can automate the following with Task Automation:
Allocate
Calculate
Calculate Contribution
Translate
Consolidate
