Best Practices for Cell Text, Documents in Reports, and Commentary

Adding attachments and documents in HFM and reports is pretty easy. This capability has been available since the version 4.0 release, so it is pretty stable. In fact, the only place where people go sideways trying to set this up is not being careful and deliberate in where they attach the documents. You need to have a member where you can always be sure to find the documents. Do not let people put this information just anywhere in the data base.
