Line Item Detail
Since the release of HFM 2.0, you have been able to have Line Item Details by data cell within HFM. This lets users create detail below the account level. They can also add descriptions to each of the lines. Unfortunately, since this information is so unstructured, you won’t see it consolidated.
You will need to set this in two places, the Scenario and accounts. The system will then take the combination of the flags set at both the Scenario and Account levels and determine what the correct requirement needs to be. The most restrictive of these settings prevail. For the descriptions, you need to have between 1 and 80 characters, and you can use any characters.
