EPMA and the Win32 Application
In version 9.3, a web-based metadata management tool was introduced. It is Enterprise Performance Management Architect (EPMA), formerly Business Performance Management Architect (BPMA). EPMA enables an administrator to manage, update, create, and deploy HFM, Planning, and Essbase applications within one web-based interface, allowing for a centralized repository of key dimensional elements and controlling data flow between applications.
