Your Implementation Partner
The next step is to identify an implementation partner. This part of your team will be easier to find. There are companies who will buy HFM that are lucky enough to have found a person who has consulting experience, or at a minimum has been on several projects and can bring that experience to the team. If your company is not one of those companies, I would suggest having an implementation partner that will give you the best chance of completing the project on time and as close to your intended budget as possible.
