ERP Setup—a Practical Guide

The purpose of this chapter is to provide readers with guidelines for setting up Oracle ERP (11i or R12) environments. Most of what you will find here is not necessarily specific to Exadata but to any Linux RAC environment. Exadata, however, has been described as “RAC-in-a-box,” and as a result, the challenges will always be there with Exadata. Therefore, this seems like a good place to address these.
