In this recipe, we will use the
DATAEXPORT function to extract data from Essbase directly into a relational table. In order to accomplish this task, you need a DSN and a table in the relational environment that is set up with the same column structure as your export. You will also need to set up your
DATAEXPORT with the parameters needed for this task. This functionality is only available in the Block Storage (BSO) cube.
