Grid Control high availability (HA) measures protect against local disruptions such as failure of an OMR or OMS server or disk, Agent malfunction, or GC application outage. Grid Control disaster recovery (DR) measures provide geographic isolation to guard against a catastrophic outage of the data center that’s housing your primary GC environment.
