Oracle Subledger Accounting
imagehe subledger, or subsidiary ledger, is a subset of the general ledger used in accounting. The subledger shows detail for the accounting records such as customer invoices, adjustments, and payments. The subledger detail includes such items as the actual date something was sold, whom it was sold to, and when the invoice was due. The total of the subledger would match a line item amount in the general ledger.
