Name
DBMS_DEFER_SYS.UNREGISTER_PROPAGATOR (Oracle8 Only)
Synopsis
The UNREGISTER_PROPAGATOR procedure revokes the privileges granted to make a particular user the local database propagator.
PROCEDURE DBMS_DEFER_SYS.UNREGISTER_PROPAGATOR (username IN VARCHAR2, timeout IN INTEGER DEFAULT dbms_lock.maxwait);
I recommend using the same username as the propagator at all database sites. Also, make sure that the account is the same as the replication administrator (REPADMIN) account.
