Session
These views provide information about the current Oracle session:
- V$MYSTAT
Provides information about current session statistics. There is one row for every entry in V$STATNAME.
- V$PROCESS
Lists each process in the instance. You can join this table to V$SESSION to gain more information.
- V$SESS_IO
Provides up-to-date I/O information for each session in the database.
- V$SESSION
Lists each session in the instance.
- V$SESSION_CONNECT_INFO
Provides information about the network connection of the current session.
- V$SESSION_CURSOR_CACHE
Provides information about the current session’s cursor usage.
- V$SESSION_EVENT
Provides information about how much time each session spends waiting on each event specified in V$EVENT_NAME.
- V$SESSION_LONGOPS
Provides information about the status of long-running operations for sessions. Details the number of work units already accomplished and the expected amount of work required to complete the operation.
- V$SESSION_OBJECT_CACHE
Provides object cache statistics for the current session in the current instance.
- V$SESSION_WAIT
Lists the resources upon which each active session is waiting, and how long each session has been waiting for each resource.
- V$SESSTAT
Provides information about each session’s session statistics. There is one row for each session for each statistic specified in V$STATNAME.
