Rich Niemiec is a world-renowned IT Expert. Rich is an Oracle Ace Director, Oracle Certified Master, and was a cofounder and the CEO of TUSC: a Chicago-based, Inc. 500, systems integrator with ten U.S. offices focused on Oracle-based business solutions.
