In this chapter, you saw how Oracle Database 10g was able to assist the performance analyst in capturing, tuning, and implementing changes that can improve the performance of the database as a whole using the SQL Tuning Advisor and the SQL Access Advisor. The OEM interface as well as the APIs were described.
