About the Authors
Michelle Malcher (@malcherm) is based in Chicago, Illinois, and is an Oracle ACE Director with several years of experience in data services, database development, design, and administration. She has an expertise in database security and database architecture for very large database environments. Education and continually learning are important for database professionals, and Michelle demonstrates this by teaching for DBA University and giving presentations for IOUG and other user groups on the topics of security and data services as well as database administrative topics such as new features, RAC, ASM, and recovery.
