Determining When Negative Reporting Is Required

Okay, so the first difficulty here is determining when you need a negative report to get to the data that you need in your report. After all, if you put all of your columns in your report and run the report and see data in the report, it is natural to assume that all of the records are there and all is well. I imagine that there are many reports out in the world today that are missing records and no one has yet to realize it.
