This chapter describes some of the basic information about the report development environment within Oracle CRM On Demand. If you have read, or keep for reference, a copy of my first book, Oracle CRM On Demand Reports (McGraw-Hill, 2008), you have some familiarity with Answers On Demand and have my permission to skim this chapter.
