Jeff Saenger is Vice President of Advanced Product Services for Oracle CRM On Demand. He has held numerous management roles with CRM On Demand since its launch in 2003. Jeff has spent the majority of his career helping organizations automate their front- and back-office systems. His teams have deployed enterprise software applications to over half a million business users across desktop, web, and cloud computing technologies. Jeff has been involved with Software-as-a-Service for over a decade, where he has helped to revolutionize the way enterprise software is sold, set up, and supported.
