Summary

The Strategic Alignment pattern in the Analysis and Discovery pattern category demonstrated features to analyze, refine, define, optimize, and report business processes in the enterprise. This pattern highlighted how IT development and process models can be aligned with organization goals. While performing alignment, we learned about enterprise maps, Strategy Models, and Value Chain models. We discovered how models are created and linked to an organization. We learned how to define KPIs in processes and Value Chain models.
