Summary

The chapter started with defining correlation as well as the correlation mechanism and its components, along with its types. We learned to define correlation and various patterns to implement it. It offered us an opportunity to test all the patterns with a sample application. We uncovered how correlation caters to scenarios such as cancel instance/activity/subprocess or query process instances. We also witnessed suspending processes and suspending activities.
