Definitions element

The element<definitions> is the root element of the WSDL. It defines the name of the web service. This element acts as a container of the overall description and includes all other elements. The<definitions> elements include the targetNamespace attribute. The targetNamespace attributes provide reference to the schema being used in the entire web services in messages.
