Time for action – accessing the page definition file

We can use multiple means to access the page definition file from the page as follows:

  1. Right-click on the index.jspx page that is created using the Create JSF Page wizard.
  2. Select the Go to Page Definition option.
  3. If you already have the bindings in the page, the easiest way to access the page definition is to select the Bindings tab for the page.

What just happened?

We just found the way to navigate to the page definition from the .jspx page. For the new file, the page definition file will not be created. The page definition is mandatory for any bindings that the UI component uses in the page.
