User Information in the Data Dictionary
Information about users can be found in the following two data dictionary views:
DBA_USERS lists all the users in the database and their database-related characteristics. ALL_USERS provides the username, user_id, and created columns, so is limited in its usefulness, and there is no user_users view.
Information on the tablespace quotas can be found by querying the DBA_TS_QUOTAS data dictionary view.
