She wants you to help her develop an 18-month staffing plan for the floor supervisors, head room supervisors, cabin stewards/stewardesses, and assistant cabin stewards/stewardesses. Currently, new employees (with 18-month contracts) are added to the ship every 3 months. Consider how the current method is working and make any recommendations for improvement that you can. Also explain how the use of contract employees changes the aggregate planning process. Completion of this assignment will enable you to enhance your knowledge of the material covered in Chapter 13 of the text. It will also better prepare you for future assignments.
