PREFACE

Operations Due Diligence has emerged from my personal experiences while working with a wide range of businesses owners, managers, and investors. It represents two sides of the same coin. It was written as a due diligence guide for investors trying to determine the sustainability of a business, and it also serves as a much needed operations checklist for managers and business owners trying to improve the sustainability of their business. It is the result of many hard lessons learned while trying to help these groups grow their businesses.
