EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION

Employee compensation includes the employees’ base salaries plus any other financial incentives including commissions; bonuses; company contributions to health, life, and professional insurance; 401(k) contributions; educational reimbursements; stocks and options; plus fringe benefits such as vehicle, telephone, Internet, office and furnishings, housing and support service allowances, club dues, and any other items that the employees are recompensed for in return for their services.
