The corporate culture of a business is established by the policies and standards that the business enforces for its employees, by the type and volume of work the employees are expected to produce and by the working environment the business creates. While the corporate culture is the least formal layer of the organizational infrastructure, establishing the correct corporate culture is as important to the success of a business as establishing the correct legal structure.
