Businesses are frequently founded by individuals who started with only a vision of a particular business or its products. As the business grows and diversifies, that vision needs to be passed on to other individuals with the responsibility for maintaining the future vision of the business. Product management must carry the responsibility for maintaining the vision needed to evolve the product.
