Ideally all products will be so intuitive and easy to use that there will be no need for customer training. In reality, the more complex the product is, the greater the need to offer some form of customer training. Offering fee-based training services provides an additional revenue opportunity for some businesses. Does the business offer fee-based product training?

Depending on the type and complexity of the product, customer training can be offered in-house or it can be offered on site at the customer’s facility. Does the business provide in-house training for its products? Does the business provide on-site training for its products?
