The Victory Celebration
A successful project meets all of its objectives by a given date, and a declaration of victory is appropriate. This is necessary in order to recognize the accomplishments of the IT group and its associates. One way to recognize accomplishment is through a formal letter signed by the IT managers and framed in wood commending the participants and expounding on their accomplishments. Perhaps each person could also get a gift certificate. Finally, a victory lunch with brief and funny speeches may be appropriate.
