  • Switch, by Chip and Dan Heath [Culture]. Th is book went to press just as I was finishing up the book. It's essential reading if you trying to get real change done within your organization.

  • Mindset, by Carol Dweck [Psychology]. If you want more on how mind-sets are developed and how they can change, then this book is for you. Focus on Chapter 5, as it's oriented to how mind-sets impact business.

  • Transparency, by Warren Bennis, Daniel Goleman, and James O'Toole [Culture]. Th is slim volume packs a punch and it's excellent reading for executives who want to understand how to build a "culture ...
