Types of Blogs
There are many categories of blogs on the Web. These are general outlines of what is out there.
Topical
Topical blogs (Figure 15.3, for example) are usually about the events of the day or major trends. They're more like newsgroups, because they may focus on a particular subject or slant. They tend to have links and commentary where they regularly update and comment about the links.
