Conventional Web pages are created using Hypertext Markup Language (HTML). This language tells the Web browser how to display information to people who visit your Web page. If you go to any Web page, you can select View in your Web browser, then Source from the pull-down menu. Then you will see the HTML code (as well as other languages embedded within the HTML code) that make the page display properly, show images, and link to other Web pages.
